Built in 1889 to the designs of noted architect Thomas Franklin Schneider, the Richardsonian Romanesque style row house-turned-office-space is designated as a contributing property to the Dupont Circle Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. Former occupants include Carter Barron Interfaith Eldercare, Planned Parenthood, and the Washington College.
