727 Sixth Avenue (Avenue of the Americas) at the corner of West 24th Street in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1870. At the top, the building is named "The Corner / Koster & Bials": the building was originally a beer garden annex for their Vaudeville Theater/Concert Hall. From 1970 until 2001 it was the location of "Billy's Topless". (Sources: Forgotten New York and New York Songlines)
