Category:Anti-liberalism
From Wikimedia Commons, the free media repository
Anti-liberalism refers to the political rejection of liberalism or in some cases advocation of suppression of liberalism. Anti-liberalism has been endorsed by conservatism, communism, some socialist movements, fascism, and many authoritarian and totalitarian regimes. Left-wing anti-liberals usually oppose market liberalism's advocacy of capitalism, while right-wing anti-liberals usually oppose social liberalism's advocacy of equality of all people including its endorsement of abortion, and/or its acceptance of homosexuality, and/or its endorsment of feminism. Authoritarian conservatism, communism, authoritarian nationalism, and fascism all reject the liberal concept of multi-party democracy.
