English: 623 Second Avenue, Seattle, Washington, USA. The Broderick Building was built over the course of several years following the great Seattle Fire by Boston banker William E. Bailey. It was alternately known as the Bailey Block and the Harrisburg(h) Building in its early years. Its current name comes from later owner Henry Broderick, who was one of Seattle's most prominent property managers in the mid-20th century and had his offices in the building for over 40 years. It was renamed in his honor in the 1980s.
