Category:Cimetière d'Ixelles

It has been proposed to move Category:Cimetière d'Ixelles to Category:Ixelles Cemetery

Reason: It is already not language-neutral to use "Ixelles" (Brussels is officially bilingual French-Dutch), at least use English "cemetery" instead of French "cimitière"
