English: Images of Dennis buses with Trident 2 chassis, a 2-axle low-floor double-decker. It was introduced by Dennis in 1997 (the '2' designation distinguished it from the tri-axle model the Trident 3, although as the markets for both types don't really overlap, both are often simply called the Trident, and there never has been a 'Trident 1'). It became part of the Transbus product line between Jan 2001 - May 2004, before continuing as an Alexander Dennis model until being phased out in 2006.
