"the Fountain of the Winds" is a 1930s fountain with sculptures commissioned designed and built by the WPA, under the direction of Enrique Alférez, in front of Lakefront Airport in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Note: The original sculptures were a product of the Works Progress Administration, a U.S. Federal Government agency.
