Friedrich Engels 1856
English: Friedrich Engels (November 28 1820 - August 5 1895) was a German Socialist philosopher and the co-founder of modern Communist theory with Karl Marx. In 1848, they published The Communist Manifesto together. Engels edited several volumes of Das Kapital (Capital: A Critique of Political Economy) after Marx's death.
Deutsch: Friedrich Engels (* 28. November 1820 in Barmen in Preußen (heute zu Wuppertal); † 5. August 1895 in London) war ein deutscher Politiker, Unternehmer, Philosoph und Historiker. Er entwickelte gemeinsam mit Karl Marx eine heute als Marxismus bezeichnete revolutionäre soziale Gesellschaftstheorie.
