Deutsch: Kempraten (offiziell Kempraten-Lenggis) ist ein Kirchdorf und Ortsteil der Gemeinde Rapperswil-Jona im Kanton St. Gallen (Schweiz). Kempraten ist seit der Römerzeit (vicus Centum Prata) durchgehend besiedelt und zählt im Kanton St. Gallen zu den bedeutendsten archäologischen Fundstellen.
English: Kempraten-Lenggis is a village (Kirchdorf) in the Wahlkreis (constituency) of See-Gaster in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland, located at the east side of the Lake Zurich. Kempraten (Latin: Cenum Prata) has been part of the former municipality Jona (SG); on January 1, 2007, Jona and Rapperswil merged to form the municipality of Rapperswil-Jona.
