The Kips Bay Plaza condominium apartment complex is located between East 30th and 33rd Streets and First and Second Avenues in the Kips Bay neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. The south building was built in 1960, and the north building in 1965. Designed by I. M. Pei and S. J. Kessler, these were New York City's first exposed concrete apartment buildings.
