This category is used for categorizing templates. It should not contain media files or pages outside the template namespace (with some exceptions).

This is a tag category that should contain all templates that represent a license that requires distribution of the full license text (see Commons:Copyright tags). It is intended for use by external tools and MediaWiki extensions, to easily identify license tags that require the full license text.

This category should not contain gallery pages or images. Before adding anything to this category, please read Commons:Tag categories. All license tags that require distribution of the full license text must be contained directly in this category (not in subcategories).
