English: The Marble Arch (Italian: Arco dei Fileni) was constructed by the colonial Italians and marked the border between Cyrenaica and Tripolitania on the Via Balbia - the present day Libyan Coastal Highway. It was demolished by Col. Gaddafi in 1970.
