Marcin Sobczak (* ???) is a young? contemporary Polish sculptor. He designed the Neptun (Poseidon) Fountain. It was erected in 2004 at the exit of ul. Szkolna/Pozan. It is part of a program of the city of Poznan to reconstruct old lost fountains [1]
