English: The roughly four to five blocks on 14th Avenue E. (counting minor streets E Ward and E Valley that T-junction into 14th; two or three blocks if these are not counted) leading to the south entrance of Volunteer Park is historically known as Millionaire's Row. Millionaire's Row is considered the portion of 14th Avenue E., running from E. Prospect Street to either E. Mercer Street or E. Roy Street. Although this is not quite Seattle's (or even Capitol Hill's) most opulent or architecturally distinguished neighborhood, it remains a largely intact grouping of grand early 20th century residences. Millionaire's Row is now designated by the Seattle Department of Parks and recreation as Volunteer Parkway.
