The New London Municipal Building, at 181 State Street at the corner of Union Street in New London, Connecticut, was built in 1912 and was designed by James Sweeney in the Beaux-Arts style. It replaced an earlier Municipal Building, built in 1856 and designed by W. T. Hallett. The Municipal Building is part of the Downtown New London Historic District. (Sources: [1] and [2])
