Nynetjer or Ninetjer was the third king of the Second dynasty of Egypt. It's possible that he was a son of Raneb. Nynetjer's name translates as "Godlike" in English. Ninetjer is mentioned on the Palermo Stone and is known from mud sealings found in an underground gallery at Saqqara which may have also been his tomb. There are numerous objects from his reign which is believed to have been fairly long and prosperous.
