English: The Oldfield Collection comprises over 150 watercolours by Henry Ambrose Oldfield and Margaret Alicia Oldfield, many of which are views of Nepal in the 1850s, (shelfmarks WD2778-WD2871 and WD3275-WD3356); plus a number of Nepalese watercolours (Add.Or. 2610-2615 and 3284-3308), and a set of watercolours of Rhododendrons (NHD51/1 to 51/6).
They were formerly in the Special Material collections of the India Office Library, which was transferred to the British Library in 1982.
