English: The Owens River — in the Eastern Sierra region and Owens Valley, in Eastern California.
- The river channel is in Mono County and Inyo County. Surface and underground flow has been increasingly reduced by the Los Angeles Aqueduct water diversions, since 1924.
- A tributary of an endorheic basin, with watersheds primarily within the Inyo National Forest, and flow formerly ending in Owens Lake, a present day dry lake.
