Louis Weirter Edinburgh artist and inventor died ont the night of January 12 at home in Onslow-gardens, South Kensington at the age of 61, it is learned from the Times of London. One of the original members of the Scottish Society of Artists and exhibited at the Royal Academy, the Paris Salon and other exhibitions in many parts of the World. As an observer artist and balloonist in the great war he was the only one to witness Billy Bishops the Candian Ace Pilots solo exploites on 2nd June 1917 over a German aerodrome. Louiswas also the brother inlaw to the great Garden Cities of the World designer Thomas Adams of Carlops.
