English: Pinedale Assembly Center — a 1942 Japanese American internment transfer camp, one of two that were set up in Fresno, California. Pinedale internees included people from Amador and Sacramento Counties within California, and some from the neighboring states of Oregon and Washington. After spending three months here, they were eventually sent to the Tule Lake and Poston War Relocation Centers.
