- 07.07.2009 Lost all her steel masts due to internal corrosion enroute from Gdynia, Poland to St. Petersburg, Russia. She took part in the Tall Ships’ Races, Baltic 2009. In the entrance of the Gulf of Finland. The Finnish Boarder Guard evacuated ashore 37 persons of the total crew of 50. A salvage company tug towed POGORIA to Hanko, Finland.
