The British Prince Consort class of broadside ironclad battleships was a subclass of the Bulwark class. It consisted of HMS Prince Consort, HMS Caledonia and HMS Ocean, all launched in 1862. HMS Royal Oak, also launched in 1862, is sometimes listed as belonging to the class, but other sources list her as an individual ship.
