Princess Elisabeth of Anhalt (7 September 1857-20 July 1933) was a Grand Duchess of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, born as the third child of Frederick I, Duke of Anhalt and Princess Antoinette of Saxe-Altenburg. She married the then Hereditary Grand Duke, Adolf Friedrich V, Grand Duke of Mecklenburg-Strelitz.
Elisabeth and Adolf Friedrich had four children:
- Duchess Marie of Mecklenburg-Strelitz (1878-1948)
- Duchess Jutta of Mecklenburg-Strelitz (1880-1946) married Danilo, Crown Prince of Montenegro
- Adolf Friedrich VI, Grand Duke of Mecklenburg-Strelitz
- Duke Karl Borwin (1888-1908)
