Elizaveta Mavrikievna (born HH Princess Elisabeth Auguste Marie Agnes of Saxe-Altenburg; in Russian, Елизавета Маврикевна) (born January 25, 1865 in Meiningen, Germany, died March 24, 1927, Leipzig, Germany) married in 1884 in Saint Petersburg Grand Duke Konstantin Konstantinovich of Russia, her cousin. Upon her marriage, Elisabeth became the Grand Duchess Elizaveta Mavrikievna. Elizaveta Mavrikievna, or "Mavra" as she was known within the family, was a popular figure, and got on quite well with her nephew, Tsar Nicholas II of Russia.

The couple had nine children:

• Prince Konstantine Konstantinovich of Russia (1891 - 1918)

• Prince Igor Konstantinovich of Russia (1894 - 1918)
