English: Is device to detect some danger voltage on metal covers and avoid human's shock by touching metal parts. Works due to Kirchhoff's first law: the same quantity of current flows to the device, as well as follows from device. If human touches metal cover under voltage, flow on the phase wire will be more than on zero wire; balance between magnetic fields will interrupt and RCD will turn electricity off to release the human from voltaged area.
- Disadvantages: absolutely useless if human appears between load wires.
