English: Víctor Rolando Sousa Huanambal is a Peruvian politician and a Congressman representing Lima for the 2006-2011 term. Sousa belongs to the Alliance for the Future party, and was its candidate for Second Vice-President in the 2006 national election.
Español: Víctor Rolando Sousa Huanambal (Lambayeque, 22 de agosto de 1961) es un abogado y político peruano. Postuló a la Segunda Vicepresidencia bajo la candidatura de Martha Chávez en las elecciones generales del 2006. Pese a no lograr ser Segundo Vicepresidente, logró adjudicarse un cupo en el Congreso de la República del Perú.
