Italiano: Di origine medievale, fu ristrutturata da Andrea Biffi nel 1679 (specialmente per quanto riguarda l'esterno e la facciata) e completata nella forma in cui ci è giunta nel 1750 da Carlo Giuseppe Merlo (autore del tiburio). Prende il nome da un ossario (1679) con macabro rivestimento di ossa umane.
