Italiano: La barocca chiesa di San Giorgio al Palazzo a Milano conserva nel nome il ricordo del vicino palazzo (di cui oggi resta solo qualche assai modesta rovina) degli imperatori romani, che nel IV secolo scelsero Milano come capitale dell'impero. Per la ristrutturazione barocca lavorò l'architetto Francesco Maria Richini (1584-1658) e successivamente Francesco Croce (1695-1780); la facciata risale al 1774.
