Italiano: La Basilica parrocchiale dei santi Pietro e Paolo in Roma si innalza nel punto più elevato dell'EUR, là dove si ritiene che ci fosse un oratorio dell'Arciconfraternita dei Pellegrini, consacrato ai due apostoli. È affidata alla cura dei Frati Minori Conventuali della Provincia Romana.

La progettazione fu affidata agli architetti Arnaldo Foschini, Alfredo Energici, Vittorio Grassi, Nello Ena, Tullio Rossi e Costantino Vetriani. Il progetto venne approvato nel settembre del 1938 e i lavori iniziarono nell'aprile del 1939.
