Deutsch: Als Seedamm von Rapperswil wird der künstlichen Damm an der engsten Stelle des Zürichsees, zwischen Hurden (SZ) und der Stadt Rapperswil-Jona (SG)) bezeichnet. Er basiert auf einer eiszeitlichen Moräne basiert und trennt zusammen mit der von Süden in den See hineinragenden Halbinsel Hurden den Hauptteil des Zürichsees vom Obersee.
English: Seedamm is the partially artificial dam and bridge at the most narrow area of Zürichsee (Lake Zurich), between Hurden (SZ) and Rapperswil (SG), dividing Zürichsee and its upper part, the so-called Obersee.
