English: The Czech expression selské baroko (country baroque) refers to a peculiar style in the 19th century folk architecture in the Czech Republic, prevalent mainly in the South Bohemian Region (but not limited to this region). In its best expression, the homestead presents two gables with baroque curves, a courtyard gate, and colored decorative, geometric elements.
A perfect example, constructed in 1833
