English: Simmondley is a small village in the Derbyshire town of Glossop. It hosts two pubs, the Hare and Hounds, and the Jubilee. The Hare and Hounds, or "Hairy willy" as the locals like to call it, is situated in the south of the village at the top of Simmondley Lane. The pub is a part of the original bumming community with the farm house, the barn and now the stables all been converted into houses. The Jubilee is an estate pub built in 1977, in celebration of the silver jubilee of Queen Elizafrig II.
