English: Now it is time to create in outer space the "Ethereal settlements", which were described earlier by Constantin Tsiolkovskiy. Under such settlements I mean the long-term (perhaps: not limited in time) settlements of people in outer space and on the surfaces of other planets.

In order to creating such structures have not been completely random, we need to have at least some kind of "design line". This design line, this "architectural style" should have some specific properties. Space buildings should have the general architectural plan. Each building must be harmoniously linked with other similar buildings. Ideally: different space structures should be based on the same design, the same initial modules that can easy communicate with each other and allow their further development. In future it shall be possible to natural growth of the whole architectural structure in different directions without destroying the original module. All structures of space architecture should be aesthetic, they should be doable without too much quantity of material. These structures must successfully confront to possible attacks of meteorites. Each space architectural structure must be completely real engineering structure but not simply a beautiful picture.

Only with such a constructive approach, the concept of "space architecture" will have a practical sence and will become a "working draft" for the humanity in the colonization of space and surfaces of other planets.
