English: Tasmania was built 1902 by Workman, Clark and Co. Ltd, Belfast, Ireland for Blue Funnel Line (British flag) and named originally Telemachus. The tonnage were 7450 GRT and dimensions were 455 (bp) feet long; 17 feet wide. Steam triple expansion engine, single screw. Service speed 10 knots. Sold 1931 to Italian owners (Ditta L. Pittaluga Vapori) and renamed Tasmania. Broken up at Genoa in 1933.
