English: Thoresby Hall is a stately home in the Dukeries, Nottinghamshire. After the original building, built during the reign of Charles I of England, was destroyed by fire in 1745 it was rebuilt further from the estate's lake by John Carr in 1767-1772 and again by Anthony Salvin in 1865-1875.
