English: Tonkatsu invented in the 1930s, is one of the most popular dishes in Japan. It consists of a breaded deep-fried pork cutlet one to two centimeters thick.
日本語: 豚カツ(とんかつ)とは、豚のヒレ肉やロース肉に小麦粉、卵、パン粉などの衣をつけ、油で揚げたフライ料理。日本で生まれた洋食のひとつ。
