The former Trade Union Building was located in 194 Gloucester Street, Christchurch. The last tenant was Winnie Bagoes, a pizza restaurant. The building was closed after the 2010 Canterbury earthquake. It was further damaged in the 2011 Christchurch earthquake and subsequently demolished. The building was registered as a Category II heritage building by the NZHPT, with the registration number 1941.
