Español: La Universidad de Cádiz es la universidad pública de la provincia de Cádiz, en Andalucía (España). Fue fundada como tal el 30 de octubre de 1979, aunque muchos de sus centros ya existían anteriormente como escuelas independientes. Su facultad más antigua es la de Medicina, heredera directa del Real Colegio de Cirugía de Cádiz fundado en 1748, el primer centro de Europa que combinó medicina y cirugía en el mismo centro.
