English: The Unkar Group, lowest unit of the Grand Canyon Supergroup, (Grand Canyon, Arizona, USA).

The Bass Limestone is above the Vishnu Schist, etc. (Vishnu Group). All the members dip at a 10-15 degree angle, with the horizontal Tapeats Sandstone above, or other non-Tapeats units.

A major paleo-fault-(vertical) of the Vishnu Schist—Unkar units, changes the contact with other regional Grand Canyon units above.
