Russian Orthodox?[edit]

I find the re-categorization from Category:Eastern Orthodox churches in Washington (state) to Category:Russian Orthodox churches in Washington (state) at least a bit questionable. The Orthodox Church in America is autocephalous, although its roots are, indeed, Russian. Should all OCA churches be classified as Russian Orthodox? If so, we should do so consistently. - Jmabel ! talk 01:11, 4 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I rewrote the whole category "Eastern Orthodox Churches" and tried to make recategorization according to the current system, based on the original tradition (Greek, Serbian, Russian, Ukrainian (although its Russian tradition too), etc.). Of course, the churches of the Orthodox Church of America are not the churches of the Russian Orthodox Church. However, they have Russian origin. I tried to do the same in all categories (by state). Probably need to introduce clarity into the preamble of categories. Faithfully (sorry for my english) --Ντμίτρι (talk) 09:50, 4 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
