Islamic is not Arabic[edit]

There should be a category for Islamic architecture in Indonesia that only tries to imitate Arabic architecture. Indonesian traditional Islamic architecture is clearly distinct, characterised in particular by a three-tier roof that reminds of Balinese temples. According to specialists, this could be an Austranesian feature, predating Hinduism and Islam in Indonesia, Humboldt (talk) 10:15, 18 November 2012 (UTC)
