As a note, Kizu Naoko prefers that people who address her do so in the Japanese naming order ("Kizu Naoko"), with the family name ("Kizu") first and the given name ("Naoko") last, even when you do so using English and other European languages.

The categories and files (images, etc.) for Kizu Naoko use her name in the Western naming order ("Naoko Kizu") with the family name last and the given name first. In the English language and other European languages names of modern day Japanese people (since the Meiji Era) are reversed to fit the Western naming order so that names are presented in the western order. The "reversing" practice began in the Meiji era and is still widely used by English-language and other European language newspapers, media, etc. in Japan and abroad. In the Japanese language, Japanese names have the family name first.

The reason why this categories and files use western order, despite Kizu Naoko's preference, is so a consistency is established over how all post-Meiji Japanese names (whether they are notable figures or Wikipedians) are treated.
