From en:Santos it is clear that Santos cannot be used as a category as it creates too much confusion. So, it should be either deleted or redirected as it is now because so far, most of the Santos images where related to Saints. On commons, whenever there is a potential confusion between names, all have to use a disambiguation extension, no one has priority over the other, except some extremely famous cities, such as Rome, London, Paris ... --Foroa (talk) 18:06, 5 November 2008 (UTC)
