Wouldn't such a shot of a fully identifiable person, need evidence for permission/consent to publish per COM:IDENT ? -- Túrelio (talk) 21:08, 4 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Same problem with File:Blowjob3 (8711448700).jpg.

This was published on a major photo sharing site with a free license, and I would find it difficult to believe that the subject was photographed unknowingly or without consent. Of course it is possible that she didn't expect this pic to end up on flickr (and then here). However getting confirmation would be a totally unrealistic standard as it would have to be applied to all commons images depicting recognizable persons. The only option would be to delete them all and only keep pictures of buildings and stuff. Anyway that is not the intent behind COM:IDENT.
Would it be possible that it is really the sexual nature of the picture that bothers you ? Let me remind you that commons is not censored. And yes, I think this is a high quality picture with high educational value. It would be a perfect fit to illustrate Facial (sex act), an encyclopedic subject. "Applied to all commons images depicting recognizable persons with jizz all over their face" would constitute a reasonable policy, I think. This is intensely private behavior and it's reasonable to apply an extremely strict standard in cases like this. Herostratus (talk) 20:48, 5 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • To quote from the flickr stream, Hi were a couple in our 30s. We love to take photos of our fun times together, trips, vacations etc. Some of our photos are explicit so you need to be over 18 or 21 to view these. We go by flickr rules so some are restricted so you have to turn off safe search to view them. Fill free to look at our photos make comments, favorite them and enjoy. I sent them a flickrmail asking them to confirm they are happy for this to be distributed more widely. -mattbuck (Talk) 07:21, 5 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • I would say this is not a matter of "I say delete". It's a matter of it must be deleted. The subject (a living private citizen) has expressly said that she doesn't want the pic here. Next admin along please take care of this, thanks. Herostratus (talk) 15:26, 6 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
