This appears to be a shot taken during the making of a film, possibly amateur. There is a watermark on this thumbnail I cannot make out and a Google image search finds no matches. In the light of the sexual description given by the uploader, the precautionary principle applies unless the release can be verified. The only other upload on this account is File:Policia checando su pie.jpg, a version of which can be found on a blog without the watermark "machofoot".
