このページは、ウィクショナリー（Wiktionaries）やウィキペディア（Wikipedias）で使われている発音ファイルに関する注意点や情報を明記します。

[edit] ファイル形式や保存場所
ファイル形式は、ogg形式（参照：Commons:メディア・ヘルプ）である必要があります。このメディアコモンズは、ファイルを保存しておく場所です。（Wiktionariesなどに音源ファイルを保存しない）

Where necessary, some inflected forms should be recorded too (Baum, Bäume; man, men; człowiek, ludzie; etc). Ideally the word should be repeated twice; by a man and a woman.
[edit] ファイル名と言語コード
xx-word.ogg, xxの部分は、言語のISO 639 コードです。言語を表わす２桁コードがない場合には、既定の３桁コードを利用してください。 日本語は「ja」を付加します。 もし、書き方が同じでも、発音が異なる言葉の場合には、"word"の後に番号が振り、そのファイルの解説ページに説明を明記します。
[edit] カテゴリー分類と「読み方」の分類
全ての発音ファイルは、適切なカテゴリーに分類してください。 日本語の発音ファイルは、Category:Japanese pronunciationカテゴリーに分類しますので、 [[Category:Japanese pronunciation]]と書きます。
さらに、「読み」の分類用に、読み方を付加してください。 分類カテゴリー名に続けて「|」記号をつけて「読み方（ローマ字）」を書きます。
例えば、ja-nippon.oggのファイルの場合は、Category:Japanese pronunciationの"N"に分類されるように、下記のように書きます。なお、大文字と小文字は区別されます。

You don't need to re-upload any files - they will be fetched from Commons. The syntax is [[Media:LNG-word.ogg|word]] (local example - example from pl.wiktionary - example from it.wiktionary - example from nl.wiktionary).
Alternatively, you may create a template "Audio" containing "<span class="audiolink">[[Media:{{{1}}}|listen]]</span>" (or something more complex) which will create links like this: {{audio|pl-niemiecki.ogg}} ( Result: listen ). The audiolink class must be included in your wiki's Mediawiki:Common.css by an administrator.
