Functions: I would just like a flagged account for when I do tedious tasks like category moves/renames, template and link fixes, and other little jobs that may pop up. I'll only be using AWB's built-in functions, which I already do, so hopefully a test run isn't needed. This account is mainly for those RC watchers when I use auto-save. :)

Please be careful about doing recat requests, they can be controversial here, I suggest not handling requests 5 minutes after they've been made, but instead, let them sit for a day or two, and if you have any doubts, ask the requestor if they have consensus or if it's been discussed.
