Flickr washing means that someone uploads unfree images to Flickr from various web sites, licenses them freely at Flickr and then the unfree images end up uploaded to Wikimedia Commons as freely licensed, based on the licenses of them on Flickr. Such images are copyright violations and should be listed for deletion.
