  •  Oppose Could be any boat race, could even be a training session. --Eusebius (talk) 12:00, 31 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
    •  CommentThe only proof that I can offer is the EXIF data. I can supply the original file with an EXIF that shows a date and time of July 6, 2008 at 16:08. That is the date and time of the final heat that determines the winner. I have image authentication turned on. --JMSchneid (talk) 00:29, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment I totally trust you, that's not the point. I mean, when somebody looks at the picture, nothing tells him that it is the Madison Regatta and not any other regatta. This is why I think the image does not properly illustrate the scope. --Eusebius (talk) 08:59, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Scope changed from Madison Regatta to Reigning winner of the Madison Regatta --JMSchneid (talk) 13:00, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Please notify previous voters of this change. Remember: "A support vote that was made before a change of scope is not counted unless it is reconfirmed afterwards; an oppose vote is counted unless it is changed or withdrawn".

  •  Oppose Sorry but I maintain my opposition. First, the scope is far too narrow now. Then, nothing tells us that it is actually the reigning winner of this very regatta, it is even more specific than before. --Eusebius (talk) 13:55, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment It's a notion difficult both to explain and to understand, and it is subjective: different users may have different opinions about it. Keep nominating picture, read the reviews of other candidates! --Eusebius (talk) 18:29, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
