Reason	An example of contemporary follies. Not geolocated yet, but it is possible: according to nl:Lijst van beelden in Appingedam, this folly is located in Fivelpoort street in Appingedam, and has been designed by a renowned architect, Zaha Hadid. -- Myrabella (talk)
Review (criteria)	It says Fivelpoort, not necessarily the street.
